Day Two

Well this is my first blog...so I want to tell everyone about my journey through life and becoming healthy.


So today is day two of working out, and I feel good after I am done working out but always feel like I could do more. The goal of this is to be healthy and lose 50 lbs, yes that is a large number but that will put me at a healthy weight. I found a chart of couch to a 5K it starts out with walking 5 min then run 3min.I can run TWO.   My immediate goal for running is running the Recon run in Tracy to raise awareness for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.   


So my promise is to tell you of everyday's workout, this will help me be accountable to working out.


Day one-A 2 mile walk with the family
Day Two- A 40 min workout at the gym.


On top of exercise I am trying to eat better.
